2. Services

  • We provide wellness services including massage therapies, grooming, skincare, and relaxation treatments.
  • All services are designed for general wellness and relaxation purposes only.
  • Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.

3. Eligibility

  • Services are intended for individuals 18 years and above.
  • By booking, you confirm that you are medically fit to receive wellness treatments.

4. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made via phone, website, or in person.
  • Walk-ins are subject to availability.
  • Customers are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service duration or cancellation.

5. Payments

  • All services must be paid in full before or at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before the session.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  • Any discomfort during the session must be immediately communicated to the therapist.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of center policies will result in:
    • Immediate termination of service
    • No refund
    • Possible legal action

8. Privacy

  • Personal information shared during booking will be kept confidential.
  • We do not share client data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Liability

  • The Deep Ocean Wellness Center is not liable for:
    • Any injuries due to undisclosed medical conditions
    • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings.

10. Changes to Services

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India (Karnataka jurisdiction).
