REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

All bookings made with The Deep Ocean Wellness Center are subject to this Refund Policy.


2. No Refund After Service

  • Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
  • Eligible cancellations may:
    • Be rescheduled, OR
    • Receive a refund (if prepaid)

4. Late Cancellation / No Show

  • Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
  • No refund or reschedule will be provided in such cases.

5. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are:
    • Non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show
    • Adjustable against future bookings (only if cancelled on time)

6. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied:
    • Please inform us immediately during the session
    • We will attempt to resolve it (adjustment / therapist change)
  • Refunds will not be provided after service completion

7. Technical / Payment Errors

  • In case of duplicate payments or technical issues:
    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

8. Refund Mode

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

9. Management Rights

  • The management reserves the right to:
    • Deny refund requests that violate policy
    • Modify the refund policy at any time
