REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
All bookings made with The Deep Ocean Wellness Center are subject to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refund After Service
- Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
- Eligible cancellations may:
- Be rescheduled, OR
- Receive a refund (if prepaid)
4. Late Cancellation / No Show
- Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
- No refund or reschedule will be provided in such cases.
5. Advance Payments
- Advance payments are:
- Non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show
- Adjustable against future bookings (only if cancelled on time)
6. Service Dissatisfaction
- If you are not satisfied:
- Please inform us immediately during the session
- We will attempt to resolve it (adjustment / therapist change)
- Refunds will not be provided after service completion
7. Technical / Payment Errors
- In case of duplicate payments or technical issues:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
8. Refund Mode
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
9. Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to:
- Deny refund requests that violate policy
- Modify the refund policy at any time
